1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

 

  • All sales are final once the product leaves our facility.

  • Due to the perishable and sterile nature of our peptides, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event of:

     

    • Shipping damage or compromised packaging upon delivery

    • Incorrect product fulfillment (wrong item, strength, or quantity)

    • Documented quality issues verified by Path Peptides (e.g., failed HPLC batch test results)

     

 

 


 

 

2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Order

 


To request a refund or replacement due to shipping damage or incorrect fulfillment, you must:

 

  1. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photographs of the packaging and product.

  3. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

 


Requests submitted after 3 business days will not be eligible for review.

 


 

 

3. Refund & Replacement Process

 

 

  • Once verified, we will either:

     

    • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost

    • Issue a store credit toward a future order

    • In rare cases, issue a refund to the original payment method

     

  • Refunds and replacements are typically processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

 

 


 

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

  • Improper storage or handling by the customer

  • Orders delayed due to carrier errors beyond our control

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or tampered with
