Ordering Process

1. Your Account Setup Will Commence Once the Setup Fee is Processed

The White Label Setup Fee will be added to your cart. A payment link will be sent via email to complete the one-time $750 setup fee.

Step 3

Once payment is completed, your white label status is activated. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and an onboarding form to submit your brand details and label requirements.

️ You must check out and pay the setup fee before you can place your first product order. The setup fee and product orders are separate transactions.
DO NOT have any other product in your cart upon checking out and paying for the white label set up fee.

2. Onboarding Form

Now that your White Label setup fee has been paid and processed and your onboarding form is completed and submitted, you’re officially approved to place your first order. You will recieve a confirmation email

White Label Artwork Guidelines

What We Can Do

  • Apply your logo and brand name to the label
  • Customize product name, MG, ML, and core product details
  • Include required elements:
  • Storage disclaimer
  • Lot # / MFG Date / EXP Date
  • “Professional Use Only” (if applicable)
  • Add your website and/or QR code (if provided)
  • Design within a clean, modern label system that aligns with compliance and readability
  • Incorporate simple background elements or textures (with print limitations in mind)
  • Match your brand colors as closely as possible in CMYK print
  • Provide up to 2 rounds of revisions (one consolidated set of changes per round)
  • Deliver a video proof on vial prior to production
  • Add Path QR for COA's (Upon Request)

What We Can’t Do

  • Replicate or closely mimic Path Peptides’ label designs, layouts, or brand identity
  • Use Path logos, marks, or proprietary visual elements
  • Accept screenshots for design elements (must be original source files: AI, SVG, EPS, etc.)
  • Guarantee fine detail clarity on small labels (micro-details will be lost in print)
  • Produce metallic finishes (labels are gloss BOPP — “silver” will print as gray)
  • Match RGB/digital colors exactly (all print is CMYK and may vary slightly)
  • Provide custom colored caps
  • Go below 3.5 pt font size for legibility and compliance
  • Support overly complex or highly detailed artwork that won’t reproduce cleanly
  • Allow ongoing piecemeal revisions (feedback must be consolidated per round)
  • Proceed with production without final approval

Once approved, artwork is finalized. Internal QC and production will begin. Production processing takes up to 3 business day after approval to be ship ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a PATH account and a White Label account?

A Standard PATH account allows you to purchase products exactly as they appear in our catalog under the PATH brand.


A White Label account allows you to sell the same products under your own brand, which requires a $750 white label setup fee to create your custom label and activate your white label account after checkout.


Because these are separate account types, white label accounts cannot order standard PATH products and vice versa. If you’d like access to both, you’ll need to create two accounts using different email addresses. We’ll expedite approval and match your existing pricing.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

10 units per SKU. Orders that do not meet this minimum will be rejected and will stall processing.

How long does the entire process take?

5 business days total from order confirmation. You'll receive an initial proof within 48 hours. Business days are Mon–Fri, excluding holidays. Orders after 3 PM may roll to the next business day.

What if I need changes after I've already approved?

Any changes after artwork approval and production has begun require a new setup fee of $750. This includes text edits, color tweaks, logo changes, and compliance updates.

Is the $750 setup fee waived for large orders?

Yes — if your initial order totals $5,000 or more, the setup fee is credited to your order. Artwork also begins immediately.

Can I submit my own artwork?

Yes. If you'd like to design your own artwork, click here to download the Artwork Setup Guide with all required specs and guidelines.

Please note: Artwork is included in your setup fee, but the setup fee is non-refundable if you choose to provide your own files. The fee covers production onboarding, file preparation, and scheduling — not just design time.

If I’m already a white label customer what is the processing time on a re-order?

Production processing takes up to 3 business day’s to be ship ready.

Can I repurpose your COAs for my label?

No, as our existing COAs reports will display PATH branded products and labels in the images.

If you prefer to have a COA specific to your White Label product, you can submit a sample for testing through our third-party laboratory partner, Freedom Diagnostics.


To proceed, you will need to send a vial of your product to the lab and provide the exact lot number associated with the batch you want tested. Once the lab receives the sample, the turnaround time is typically 24–48 hours.

All COAs must be issued directly by the laboratory, and PATH cannot modify or reissue certificates.

Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with the White Label Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Setup Fee: The $750 setup fee is non-refundable once paid and processed. Fee is credited for initial orders totaling $5,000+.

Minimum Order Quantity: All orders require a minimum of 10 units per SKU. Orders below this threshold will not be processed.

Revisions: Two complimentary revision round is included. Additional revisions require a new setup fee. All revision requests must be consolidated into a single submissions.

Post-Approval Changes: Any modifications after artwork approval incur an $750 setup fee. This applies to all changes including minor text edits.

Timeline: The 5 business day timeline is contingent on timely proof approval. Delays in approval will extend the production timeline accordingly.

Account Policy: PATH and White Label accounts are separate and cannot be merged. Account switches require a new registration with a different email address.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you or your entity acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content displayed on your label, including but not limited to claims, branding, regulatory compliance, and accuracy of information. You are also solely responsible for all customer satisfaction, communication, and any representations made under your brand.

Path Peptides assumes no liability for damages, misuse, relabeling errors, regulatory issues, or customer disputes related to the product or its labeling once the product has been received. All responsibility for the product under your brand rests entirely with you or your entity.
